 		 Carol Anne Tholkes works with King Land Company, Inc. in  South Carolina property and with All Points North Realty for Georgia Property. She has extensive knowledge of rural upstate South Carolina and Northeast Georgia having grown up in NE GA and now living in the Townville, SC area for over 18 years. Carol Anne also has a degree in veterinary technology, so she enjoys helping people with animals to find new homes that are suitable for them as well as the animals. She also has a background experience working with her Father, Hubert Bailey, with farms, commercial land and investors.

Carol Anne has a wide range of contacts, and is able to help with buying or selling property, or finding and agent anywhere in the US. She will take the time to help you find or sell your property or farm. She is a member of the Anderson Association of Realtors, Georgia 400 North Board of Realtors, National Assoc.of Realtors, Realtors Land Institute, South Carolina Realtors Land Institute, and Georgia Realtors Land Institute.

In her spare time, Carol Anne enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, on their farm. They train Border Collies for herding, and raise sheep and Brangus Cattle. They are members of Earle’s Grove Baptist Church, as well as many dog and livestock organizations.
